Paid Time Off

To promote a healthy work-life  balance, Children's Behavioral Services offers Paid Time Off.  Eligible employees are offered 80 Hours of PTO their first year of service following their probationary period.  We also offer generous "Comp Time" for individuals who are actively involved in approved CBS-sponsored events.  For more information regarding paid time off, please speak with our Human Resources department.

Children's Behavioral Services provides its full-time employees a paid $10,000 life insurance policy that is effective the beginning of the month following 90 days of employment!  Additional, voluntary coverage is available.
